We had a water leak on the garage ceiling and Vlad came out quickly to assess the situation. He scheduled for a part of the interior wall to be accessed and an assessment of the area to be done on the laundry room 2nd floor. It was determined our shower valve was leaking. We had our shower valve replaced through a different vendor recommended by Vlad. Once that was complete, Vlad got his guys back out quickly to complete the water remediation. The process was very smooth from start to finish. They were also able to install 3 fans and dehydrators to make sure the water dries up. His crews are very efficient and professional. It took them 3 days but they were fast and always on time. We had a very good experience with this company, he even refer us to a good drywall service from another vendor. Plus, he documented everything and send us a detailed report so we can deal with our insurance. We highly recommend them, and thank you again to Vlad and his crew!
